Unique spa with heat pump option for 75% energy savings!
The Vortex Spas Nitro hydroplus is a unique spa that can optionally use an external heat pump to heat the water. This can save you up to 75% on your energy consumption! The heat pump extracts heat from the air to heat your spa, and the control is automatic via the spa control panel. You can even program the spa to heat up when your solar panels produce energy (advantage with digital meter cupboard).

We have special equipment to safely transport, place and install your spa or hot tub. We unburden you completely, fill your bath, make everything operational and test it extensively. We will not leave until you are 100% satisfied.

What is the Smart Variable Heating?
Traditionally, manufacturers have had to make a choice between using a powerful heater for faster heat up times, but having to force the heater to turn off (load shedding) when the spa was in use and the jet pumps were turned on. Alternatively, they could use a smaller capacity heater that could be left on while the spa was in use, but would take much longer to heat up. This dilemma is completely overcome with the SV Series Smart Variable Heater .
Advanced onboard current sensing allows the actual amperage of accessories (jet pumps/blower) to be measured in real time. This allows the variable heater to automatically increase or decrease the heating power (kW) to make use of residual heating power when the circulation pumps are running. There is no longer a need to turn the heater off (load shedding) when the spa is in use or to be limited by small elements.
The SV Smart Variable Heating technology allows us to take advantage of a large, high-capacity element for fast heat recovery when the spa is not in use. This element automatically reduces in size when the jet pumps are activated. This feature minimizes heat loss while the spa is in use, providing a longer, more enjoyable spa experience.
