Steps
We will keep you informed of all steps in our delivery process. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us containing the track & trace code with which you can track the package.


Cost
The Netherlands/Belgium/Germany
We ship all orders, except (swimming) spas, hot tubs and saunas, from 40 euros, free of charge within the Netherlands/Belgium/Germany. For orders up to € 40 we charge € 5.95.

EU
All orders, except (swimming) spas, hot tubs and saunas, from 40 euros, ship for € 9.99 to Austria, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain. For orders up to € 40 we charge € 13.99 to the aforementioned countries.



Delivery time
We try to ship completed orders that we receive before 14:00 the same day, with the exception of set-up swimming pools, which are shipped directly from our supplier within 5 days. Spas are shipped in consultation.
