The Platinum Spas brand was founded by the British Superior Wellness , which is based in Chesterfield. The outdoor spas have been built since 2013. Since 2019, production has been transferred to a new 37,000m2 factory. Here they have the quality control in their own hands. Each spa is carefully checked on many aspects, with the whole thing being recorded per spa on video in case something turns out to have gone wrong afterwards. This way, the cause can be quickly traced and the necessary action can be taken.
