Return/Revocation right

Online orders can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of ordering. To do this, a return request must be submitted via your account, after which you will have access to our returns portal. The goods must be undamaged and unopened to be eligible for the return process. The return costs are for the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will credit undamaged and unopened goods returned within 14 days, which may take up to 14 days, usually sooner.

Offline Orders, i.e. orders placed outside the webshop, are final and irrevocable. These often concern products that have to be ordered and therefore cannot be canceled or returned. Any deposits will not be credited in the event of cancellation.
