Return/Revocation right

Orders can be returned within 14 days of ordering without giving any reason. To do this, a return request must be submitted via your account, after which you will be given access to our returns portal. The goods must be undamaged and unopened to be eligible for the return process. The return costs are for the customer. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will credit undamaged and unopened goods returned within 14 days, which can take up to 14 days, usually faster.
