Our pools are made of high-quality German copolymer polypropylene sheets (PPC). The sheets are 10 mm thick and resistant to frost, osmosis and chemicals. These UV-resistant plastic sheets meet strict ISO and DIN standards. No harmful substances or microplastics are released from polypropylene. During this step you determine:

In this step, the polypropylene copolymer sheets are produced that form the base of your pool. This process is called sheet extrusion.

How does it work?

1. The polypropylene granules are melted and mixed with additives to obtain the desired properties.
2. The molten material is forced through a slit into a wide, thin sheet.
3. The plate is cooled and then stored until it is ready for use.

In this step, the polypropylene sheets are welded together to create the walls and bottom of your pool. We use high frequency welding technology, an advanced method that ensures:

• Strong seams: The welds are as strong as the panels themselves, giving your pool a long lifespan.
• Waterproof connections: The seams are completely waterproof, eliminating the risk of leakage.
• Efficient process: Welding is fast and accurate, so your pool will be ready quickly.

How does it work?

1. The panels are cut to size and placed in the correct position.
2. The edges of the plates are heated with high-frequency energy.
3. The plates are pressed together, causing them to melt and form a permanent bond.

In this step your pool will be reinforced to ensure a long life. Depending on the design and size of the pool we can add different structural elements:

Structural ribs:

• Vertical ribs that are placed in the walls of the pool.
• Reinforce the structure and provide extra stability.
• Especially important for larger pools or pools with a deep diving zone.

Supports:

• Horizontal beams that are attached to the walls of the pool.
• Provide extra support and prevent walls from bowing.
• Especially important for pools with a shallow zone for small children.

Materials:

• The ribs and supports are made of the same material as the pool walls, usually polypropylene.
• This ensures a strong and durable construction.

Exterior:

• The edges of the pool are finished with tiles, stone or wood.
• You can choose from different colours and styles to perfectly integrate your pool into your garden.
• We install the edge finishing, lighting and other accessories.

During this step:

• We check the pool for imperfections and correct them.
• We ensure that the pool looks perfect and is ready for use.

Packaging:
